READ THIS before you think about calling this apartment complex: expect the worst and the most ignorant management in the world. Expect pest nightmares. I had to deal with a HUGE rat for a week and half when I first moved in. There was a rat going around my AC unit and all over the house and we couldn’t catch it til a week and half later. The complex couldn’t catch it. It was a big mess. The corporate office hides all their contact information because of all the angry residents who were misled with a couple of nice trees when they came in to tour then find out it’s a big mess when they move in. Let me tell you, I had my car seats stolen from my own car. I woke up one morning and ALL the windows were smashed and car seats were taken out of the car. They were leather seats that sell in the black market. The office didn’t care and didn’t offer any help. I had to do it all on my own. It’s dirty, AC units are always broken. And the biggest thing you have to know expect ALL your deposit money to be gone when you move. They’ll charge you $100 to clean the stove, 100 to clean the fridge and if you didn’t put a deposit they’ll send you a bill immediately. You owe it to your family and kids, do not moving in your family here. This is a place for losers and people of the lower class. They have a very, very ignorant manager who doesn’t know how to do things and always stressed out and miserable. STAY AWAY! DO NOT RUSH YOUR DECISION! DO NOT!
