The renovation project has been an outstanding success. The membership is extremely pleased with the design, quality, and ambiance of the new clubhouse. I honestly have not heard any substantive criticism from any members. In fact, some of the members who voted against the project have sidled up to me and whispered that they are enjoying the new clubhouse.

Building our custom home was one of the happiest, most successful projects that we have ever done. This success was due in no small part to Champe Builders. Their interest in our project, their honesty, their attention to detail, their ability to understand and remember exactly what we wanted, and then their ability to carry through with our wishes, all resulted in the beautiful, extremely well built home that we are very proud of. After many disappointing meetings with different builders, we met Champe Builders. They are so on top of things at all times. They are extremely honest and have more integrity than anyone we know.
