Welch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is privately owned and operated by Physical Therapists. Welch Physical Therapy began in 1996 as Kempton & Welch Physical Therapy. Co-owners Guy Welch and Paul Kempton attended physical therapy school together at Idaho State University. They opened two clinics with one simple goal: to take care of people. Despite the growth since then, commitment to helping people remains the same. Welch Physical Therapy has continued to follow the same goals of providing progressive, quality care in a friendly and accommodating environment.
