 1.0 out 5 stars"I was trying to find the tv repair shop that I had called earlier one day. I didn't realize there are 2 tv repair shops within one mile of each other, and thinking I had found the right place, I brought my plasma tv here (by mistake). It cost me a $50 fee to check in my tv. After a week, I called to check up with them and they quoted me the price of repair, and I approved it. After some time, they called and said my tv was fixed and ready for pickup. Before I was going to take it home I wanted them to plug it in and double check it. They did, but it still had the same problem so they asked me to check back in a couple of days. I called back and they told me that the tv has more problems, and is going to cost even more money. I told them I don't want to pay that price for repairs and asked them to put my tv back together so I could come pick it up. I got my tv and took it down the street to Cobb Electronic Repair which was the place I was looking for at first,but didn't drive far enough North apparently. Frank, the owner, told me the power supply in my tv was missing. I called back to Rapid Electronic and they denied having taken it out and told me to bring my tv back to them. At this point I had serious doubts with Rapid so I left my TV with Frank and asked him to order a new power supply, which is a very, very expensive part. I would not recommend Rapid electronics to anybody, especially if you want to get your tv back with all the parts in it." - Customer, Jul 21 2010 2:20PM
